What warranty is offered on all products?
Warranty on all items is for 30 days of date of purchase and only covers manufacturers faults and damages don’t to the item.
Do prices include delivery?
Delivery is added in checkout, for large items there is a standard £2.99 delivery for 7-14 days. For smaller items it is £5.99 for 24hr delivery, £3.99 for 48hr delivery and free for standard 7-14day shipping. For more information please see here. Delivery Information
Will an item be delivered to a specific room in my house?
Items can be delivered into your house to a specific room, however from the point of the threshold we exclude all and any liability to any dame occurred to the item or household
Can an item be delivered to a different address?
An alternate delivery address can be provided upon checkout.
Where are goods dispatched from?
Goods are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Wembley.
How can I track my shipment?
Only shipments on a 24 or 48hr delivery service provide tracking details, a 7-14 day delivery will provide email updates as to when an item is dispatched and when the order is out for delivery and estimation of delivery time.
How long will a refund take?
A refund will be processed on the same day if a refund has been accepted. The money will take about 3/5 days to reach your account and can only be deposited back into the account payment was made with.
Are the goods available to collect directly from you?
Goods are available to be collected from our showroom, orders must be given a minimum of 1-hour processing time before orders are able to be collected.
What time is your showroom open?
The showroom is open 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and 10am-4pm Saturdays. We are unfortunately closed on Sundays
How long will my items take to arrive?
Items will either take 24hrs, 48hrs or 7-14days depending on what delivery option is chosen.
How do I return my order?
If you have any issues with your order and need to return an item, please go to our returns page Returns and fill out the form. One of our customer service members will reply as soon as possible.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Orders can be placed over the phone and paid by card, these will be processed the same as ordering online.
Can I change my delivery address after I place the order?
Delivery address can only be changed on orders that have selected a 7-14 day delivery service.
What if I am not available when my order is due to be delivered?
We will do everything in our power to ensure that you are fully aware of when delivery will be made. If delivery is missed for 24 or 48 hr deliveries you must re-arrange delivery through your relevant tracking number. If delivery for 7-14 days is missed the order will be delayed by a further 7 days which will result in a £15 re-delivery fee.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all of Mainland UK, deliveries can be made to Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland.

What if my order is delayed?
If you order is delayed this may be due to us or any third-party couriers. We aim to provide the best service however delays unfortunately occur. We will have your order with you as soon as possible and you will be informed on all delays reasonably known.
